How we work — and why clients stay
Most database service providers describe what they do. Here is how we do it, because that is where the difference lives.
Scope and price before work — every time
A scoping call within one working day, then a written proposal. Projects carry a fixed price against a statement of work; managed support is a predictable monthly fee; staffing is priced per role and duration. Nothing starts without an agreed number, and the proposal is the contract of record.
Severity-based SLAs, reported monthly
A production outage and a slow report are not the same incident. We agree severity definitions, response and resolution targets and escalation paths in the support agreement — then report against them every month, so you always know how we're doing.
A named engineer, backed by a 24×7 team
You get one engineer who knows your environment and owns continuity — and behind them, a rotating team that covers nights, weekends and leave. No single point of failure on our side, ever.
Least privilege, logged, under NDA
Individual named credentials, access through your VPN or bastion, full activity logging and periodic access review. We fit into your security process rather than asking you to fit ours.
We train the engineers we deploy
Since 2014, our training division SHA Career Hub has turned graduates and career-switchers into database, cloud and data professionals — with alumni at TCS, IBM, Deloitte, PwC and Capgemini. For clients that means a bench we have assessed hands-on, junior talent with senior backing, and support and staffing that scale without agency mark-ups.
See it for yourself
Book a scoping call. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and usually tell you who is.
